AK Enterprises is an exciting and dynamic young company born through the need of expert advice and practical education on drinks and bartending.

Founded in 2001, we deal with almost all aspects of cocktail culture, from spirit education and tastings, to managing bars at high profile events. We work with some of the world’s largest spirit companies as well as helping launch new brands. In the last 5 years we have trained thousands of bartenders in cities all over the world, and developed a number of established training programmes for leading spirit brands. We consult on various industry projects, new bar openings, design bespoke cocktails for high-profile events and style drinks for lifestyle photoshoots.

The founder, Alex Kammerling is an internationally renowned bartender and authority on spirits and cocktails. He has given talks at numerous international bar shows; writes regularly for Class magazine and other publications; appears on television, and is the author of the only BBC-published cocktail book,
'Blend me, Shake me!’
